What productivity tips have helped you significantly?
Productivity starts with demand, people wanting something great you have to offer, a product, or a service. Customer is always the Customer, they are always right with you providing your products, and services. Make sure they are smiling and happy with the products or services you have provided, surpassing their expectations, promise, execute, and deliver.. Those Customers will refer you to many, many, many more Customers, and a good word goes very far. Then demand kicks in. You need to hire talented employees around you to fulfill the demand. The employees are a very important ingredient, they must be treated just as good as the customer. You as the BOSS set up company policies you want the employees to follow the highest standard within your service or product, and rule #1 Customer is always right. The employees who make the Customers happy are the keepers. You as the orchestrator, the BOSS, must keep them busy in order for them to stay with the company. They are the reflection of the Company. They will further teach future recruitments. As the Orchestrator, The Boss first things first you need to know how to promote your product or service through advertisement, promotions, to always get your company’s name out there always for people to see you, hear you, know you. Your Company’s name always goes ahead of you. As an Orchestrator, The Boss at the end of the day it’s about keeping your Customers, and Employees Happy and Working. It’s no longer about you as The Orchestrator, Boss anymore you have so many families, employees, customers to satisfy, and rely on you each and everyday.

What are your thoughts on the future of technology and how it will impact business?
Humans will always exist, in all cases humans made technology possible today, and into the future. Humans will have to maintain technology as technology may not be so reliable. What if we have a cyber attack everything shuts down who do we have Humans. Humans are very intelligent and adapt quickly to changes, we are always there for one another, not technology. Technology is a vehicle, just like a car, gets you from one place to another.
