As a product marketing manager, I’ve honed my productivity skills to excel in a fast-paced and results-driven environment. I utilize time blocking techniques to allocate specific time slots for tasks, meetings, and deep work. This structured approach helps me maintain focus and stay organized throughout the day.
Also, I strive to learn continuously. Staying updated on industry trends, marketing strategies, and emerging technologies is vital. I allocate time for ongoing learning and professional development to ensure I’m always at the forefront of my field.
Last but not least is self-care. I make it a point to take short breaks, practice mindfulness, and prioritize self-care to maintain my energy and focus.
What are some mindset tips you need to have when running a business?
When running a business, it is crucial to maintain the right mindset. Here are some tips to keep in mind:
Risk-Taking: Understand that taking calculated risks is a part of business growth. Don’t let fear of failure hold you back from making bold decisions when necessary.
Long-Term Vision: Maintain a clear long-term vision for your business. By keeping your eyes on this vision, you will be able to make better decisions and achieve your ultimate goals.
Growth Mindset: Embrace a growth mindset, believing that your abilities and intelligence can be developed through dedication and hard work. This mindset fosters a willingness to learn and take on challenges.
What are some of your favorite books or articles that have impacted the way you think?
I’m a passionate reader, and I particularly find inspiration in the works of Dan Ariely, known for his captivating exploration of psychology and behavioral economics. His books have significantly influenced the way I approach product marketing. One of my favorites is “Predictably Irrational,” which has provided invaluable insights into consumer behavior and decision-making.
Additionally, I recommend The Catalyst by Jonah Berger. This insightful read offers practical strategies for removing roadblocks and reducing barriers to change—a critical aspect of successful marketing. These books have not only shaped my thinking but have also enriched my approach to crafting effective marketing strategies that resonate with consumers.
Who is someone who has really impacted your work? It can be a family member, friend, mentor, public persona, etc.
One individual who has had a profound impact on my work and approach to life is my mom. She has been not only my biggest cheerleader but also a source of unwavering support and inspiration.
My mom instilled in me the values of continuous learning and self-improvement from a young age. She always encouraged me to strive for the best version of myself, emphasizing the importance of pushing boundaries and taking calculated risks. Her mantra, “who dares wins,” became a guiding principle in my journey, inspiring me to embrace challenges with confidence.
One of the most pivotal moments in my career was when my mom wholeheartedly supported my decision to start my own business. Her belief in my abilities and her encouragement to pursue my entrepreneurial aspirations gave me the confidence to take that bold step.
What are your thoughts on the future of technology and how it will impact business?

Who would you love to have lunch with?
If I could choose anyone to have lunch with, it would undoubtedly be Kim Kardashian. I must admit, I have a bit of a guilty pleasure for watching “The Kardashians.” Kim’s journey is nothing short of remarkable, from her early controversies to her current status as a billionaire with successful businesses.
What truly fascinates me is her resilience and determination. She faced considerable skepticism and criticism throughout her career, yet she persevered, ultimately achieving remarkable success. From a sex tape scandal to sitting down with President Trump to advocate for criminal justice reform, her journey is an inspiration.
Kim’s transformation from being underestimated to being a powerhouse in the fashion and beauty industries is awe-inspiring. Even luminaries like Anna Wintour initially resisted having her on Vogue’s cover, but Kim’s tenacity eventually led to that coveted spot.
Furthermore, her decision to pursue law school in a non-traditional manner, all in the pursuit of doing good and effecting change, is truly admirable. Kim Kardashian’s story is a testament to the power of determination, reinvention, and never giving up on one’s dreams. Having lunch with her would be an incredible opportunity to gain insight into her journey and the lessons she’s learned along the way.
