One tip that has been incredibly helpful for me is simply prioritizing tasks based on their importance and impact. This method allows me to distinguish between urgent and important tasks, allowing me to focus on what truly matters and maximize my productivity.

When running a business, keep a positive and resilient mindset. Learn from failures, adapt to change, and always strive for personal and professional growth. This approach helps you navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship with confidence and determination.
What are some of your favorite books or articles that have impacted the way you think?
One book that has had a profound impact on my thinking is “The Hard Thing About Hard Things” by Ben Horowitz. This book provides invaluable insights into the challenges and tough decisions that come with building a business. It’s a candid and honest account of the entrepreneurial journey, and it has taught me how to navigate the most difficult situations with resilience and determination.
Who is someone who has really impacted your work? It can be a family member, friend mentor, public persona, etc.
My grandfather, Yosef, has been a remarkable influence on my work and life. He’s a true inspiration—someone who not only helped build our country and participated in wars but also raised a beautiful family and maintained a successful career. What sets him apart is his unwavering positive attitude, focus on others, and willingness to help. At the age of 93, he continues to be relevant in any discussion and is always the most uplifting presence in any room.
What are your thoughts on the future of technology and how it will impact business?
The future of technology, especially in the context of business, is undergoing a transformative shift, with the AI revolution at its forefront. Artificial intelligence has the potential to reshape industries, enhance productivity, and create new opportunities. It will not only automate routine tasks but also enable businesses to make data-driven decisions and provide personalized experiences to customers. Elon Musk is someone I’d love to have lunch with.
